By accessing or using PhonicsJoy (phonicsjoy.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.
2. Description of Service
PhonicsJoy provides an AI-powered phonics learning platform including story generation, interactive games, phonics sounds library, and storybook creation tools. The service is intended for educational use by children under the supervision of parents and teachers.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts for children must be created and managed by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older.
4. Subscription & Billing
PhonicsJoy offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Premium, Pro). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe you were billed in error.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse PhonicsJoy. This includes: attempting to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineering the service, using the API or AI generation to produce harmful, offensive, or adult content, or circumventing usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on PhonicsJoy is owned by or licensed to PhonicsJoy. AI-generated stories created using our platform are owned by you for personal and educational use. You may not resell or redistribute generated content commercially without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
PhonicsJoy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhonicsJoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
